Meet the Founders
Jack Rojas is a licensed broker and seasoned engineer who manages the financial operations and strategic direction of The Home Renovation Group. With a sharp eye for efficiency and a commitment to transparency, Jack ensures every project is approached with sound planning, smart budgeting, and clear communication.
Salvador Rodriguez is also an engineer and leads the operations side of the business. As project manager and co-founder, Salvador oversees every job from start to finish. He works directly with clients, coordinates teams, and makes sure each renovation is completed with the highest level of craftsmanship and professionalism.
Together, Jack and Salvador bring decades of combined experience in engineering, construction, and project management. Their partnership reflects a strong balance of technical expertise, financial insight, and a shared dedication to customer satisfaction.
